Curwin Circle is made up of 56 buildings containing 279 units of housing for families and individuals. These units include 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedrooms. There is an onsite Management Office with staff who provide assistance to residents that goes beyond meeting their housing needs. Staff also assist residents with job search, developing computer skills, seeking day care and transportation, to name a few areas of involvement. Curwin residents are also eligible to apply for participation in the Family Self-Sufficiency program, which involves the development of a plan for families to overcome the impediments to seeking market rate housing or home ownership.
Curwin Circle also has an active Resident Council, a recreation hall, a computer lab and various youth activities.
