Lynn Continuum of Care (LCoC)
The Lynn Continuum of Care (LCoC) is a coalition of non-profit organizations in the City of Lynn working together as a collaborative team to end homelessness. Established in 1995, the LCoC coordinates homeless services, housing, and prevention activities for the City of Lynn. It works in partnership with other Continuums of Care (CoC) in the north shore region of Massachusetts on issues of homelessness, identifying ways the CoCs and their respective members can work together. In collaboration with Federal and State partners, the LCoC, has established a comprehensive Continuum of Care system within the City of Lynn. It is committed to meeting the goals of “Opening Doors”, the federal strategic plan to end homelessness, and to continuing to support a strong CoC program as authorized by the HEARTH Act. It works to connect individuals and families, including unaccompanied youth, with mainstream resources allowing them to move into and maintain, stable, permanent, housing.
Our Mission – The Lynn Continuum of Care works in collaboration with the City of Lynn to end homelessness.
Our Vision – To have affordable housing and services that are inclusive, sustainable, and accessible for all people.
