“Brickyard Village”
In the early 2000s, the Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development (LHAND) launched an initiative to transform vacant, abandoned properties into quality affordable housing and help revitalize the surrounding neighborhood. Brickyard Village was completed in 2003 and welcomed its first residents in 2004.
Brickyard Village is a scattered-site community featuring a mix of duplexes, two-family homes, row houses, and single-family residences. The community offers both two- and three-bedroom apartments, including several units that are accessible for individuals with disabilities.
Applicants must meet Tax Credit income eligibility requirements.
