• Pay registration fee of $50 per individual or $75 per couple – must be purchasing a home together in order to receive discounted price

First Time Homebuyer Class

LHANDs first-time home buyers classes are certified by CHAPA’s (Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative), so graduates may be eligible for down payment assistance programs from their city or town or for the One Mortgage or other mortgage designed for first-time home buyers. We provide funds and resources to help any resident achieve their homeownership journey.

Down Payment Assistance

We offer $10,000.00 in down payment assistance. Our goal is to help anyone looking to purchase their home. Please reach out to Patricia Capano for additional information.

Online Homebuyer Course – Framework

Frameworks about a simple idea: Every homebuyer should educate themselves about the mortgage process and the responsibilities of homeownership, and then keep learning to protect their investment. And doing so should be easy and affordable.
