Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA)

TBRA is a city-wide program in partnership with Mayor Jared C. Nicholson and the City of Lynn. LHAND will provide working families and individuals, elders, unaccompanied youth, and those fleeing domestic violence or sexual assault with a housing grant each month to help pay a portion of your rent for a period of six (6) months. Assistance in future years is subject to the availability of funds. Income limits do apply. Applicants must have no arrearages.
