Built in 1898 and named after Ms. Mary O’Shea McGee for her lifelong dedication for the city of Lynn, this property is located on 37 Green Street. As a teenager Ms. McGee worked in Lynn’s world famous shoe shops and later became a union organizer at the Lynn shoe factories. Named after Mayor Thomas McGee’s grandmother, the McGee House property features 85 units with full kitchens built for elderly and disabled adults.
